How many adults and how many kids, what time of day and how long is the party? Will alcohol be served? Is there dessert? All these things affect amounts.

About 50 adults, 20 teens, 10 children. Right after the graduation ceremony from 5-8. No alcohol. Cake, brownies and possibly cookies.
Thanks

The kids and teens will about balance out, so count this as 80 people, 4/5 of 100.

Beef tenderloin- 1 pound raw for each 4
Meatballs- will be eaten mostly as an appetizer, 3 ounces per person
Lasagna-60 servings and cut small
Cheesy potatoes-12 pounds frozen hash browns as the base
Potato salad- 3 gallons
Coleslaw- 2 gallons
Green beans- 16 pounds frozen or 4 #10 cans- see the ellens better green bean casserole on the top of the big pots page.
Baked Beans- 2 gallons
Cheese-14 pounds cube slices and logs,
Crackers-4-5 pounds

Fruit trays would be lovely with this menu.

Ooh, how many pounds of fruit? Probably do a fruit medley. Not sure if fresh or frozen since our ceremony is before the party. If I have to do it I might get frozen bags. If a family member volunteers to make it they might do fresh.

Do 2 or 3 of the fruit tray for 25- you can do fresh the day before- then wash and add berries, day of.
