OK, so when i was a kid my moms friend used to make cricket balls. they are so good! but i cant remember how to make them. all i remember is that they had: coconut chocolate mixed in a big pot on the stove and we're put on wax paper in the fridge. if this sounds familiar share your recipe please.

CHOCOLATE COCONUT BALLS

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick Quaker oats
1 c. fine coconut
Salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. cocoa

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Mix all together, drop on waxed paper to cool. May be sprinkled with coconut if desired.

Here is an interesting option:

YUM YUM BALLS DELUXE

1/2 package mini marshmallows
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
3 cups chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package shredded coconut
1 package confectioners sugar

Melt marshmallows with sweetened condensed milk over low heat until lumpy. Add cocoa, graham crackers, and pecans. Stir together until mixed. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in shredded coconut and confectioners sugar.
