How much Bar-B que sauce needed for 100 servings

05/06/10 		I need to make Bar-B que for around 500 people have everything else worked out , but need to know how much sauce will be needed. Thanks for your help in this matter.

05/08/10 		1 gallon is OK for the table, but if you need to baste the meat, get another gallon and a half. And of course for pulled pork or beef or shredded chicken, you need about double that.
