05/08/10 		5 lbs baked should serve 24, frying them might be a little messy and time consuming.

05/08/10 		OreIda makes an extra crispy now, can be made in the oven successfully, run the heat up to 500 the last few minutes for crispiness. Serve in chafing dishes, put paper towels over them as you hold to catch any condensation.
