Tacos for a Cub scout meeting

12/11/04 		I need to make tacos for 80 cub scout 6 year old boys. How much ground beef would I need?

12/11/04 		Allow 1 pound raw ground beef per four boys (two tacos each) allow 1 pound per three grownups (2-3 tacos).
2 ounces each shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and salsa will leave you a little long on lettuce.
3 gallons mild chili beans or refried beans, see my low fat crockpot refried beans

You can make taco seasoning, or buy it in large containers at warehouse store or restaurant supply houses.
