Hi, Mary- erh, that is not enough food...
(joke; your menu did not post). I need the time of day, length of the party, and split on teens vs family/ adults to help with amounts.

I already posted about your meats where you questioned on another line.

You have a mid afternoon party with a dinnertime menu, so it is a little hard to get the estimate just right.

You want 1/4 cup of each per person.
French Onion
Fiesta Dip
Pepper Dip
Harry and David Dip

Meatballs and Velveeta Cheese- I would probably skip this. You have plenty of meats and dips.

Baked Beans
Macaroni Salad
Cheesy potatoes
Just 1/2 cup of each; less than usually planned for dinners.

Strawberry Salad
Pretzel Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad
About 30 regular servings of each

Deviled Eggs- 4-5 dozen eggs.

Chips- about 6 pounds
Cheese and Crackers-6-8 pounds cheese, 4-5 pounds crackers

I am having a graduation party 1-4 pm expecting 75 people. Probably 70% adults, 20% teenagers(mostly girls) and 10% children. Am I serving enough "different" types of food?

Menu:

Teriyaki Chicken Skewers (meat only)
Ramen Noodle Cabbage Salad
Tortilla Roll-ups with Salsa
Fresh Fruit with Dip
Dessert Bar (4 -5 different types of mini-desserts - no cake)
Punch/Beer/Water

I'm planning a graduation party for 75 people. The memu consists of the following:
Brisket
Smoked Turkey
Smoked Sausage
Baked beans
Potato salad
Rolls
Punch/bottled water
Graduation Cake

How much of each item will I need to purchase? Is this enough food items?
Thank you for the response.

I am wondering how are you going to keep the Teriyaki Chicken skewers warm and not dry out? I was also thinking of doing teriyaki chicken skewers for my daughters graduation party but hesitant because I didn't know how to keep them so they wouldn't dry out!!

I am marinating the chicken and then will grill in 2 or 3 batches as people come and go. I will hold them at a safe temperature in a crockpot between batches. Also, I think I am going to add a tomato/feta salad to my menu. I am doing a luau theme party and I want the food to be fresh and colorful. I am trying to avoid pasta salads and mayo.

Kat, looks fine. See the Asian noodle salad on this site, much tastier than the ramen slaw. Maybe add a relish tray or deviled eggs or something like that for one more item.

Valerie, assuming this is over a mealtime, you want about 4-5 ounces edible portion of the brisket, 3 ounces of the turkey and 2 ounces of the sausage for each person, the rest is on the plan for 100 page, beverage planning page and dessert plan page.

Karen, Kat's plan works great for the skewers and keeps the meat safe. The marination is very important.

so count it as 75 people. Because you have 2 such different choice, you have to provide more than 1/2 and 1/2, in case preference is struongly one way or the other. About 50 chicken and potatoes, about 40 spaghetti and meatballs, about 20 sausage and onions, see the plan for 100 table, spaghetti page. Fruit trays count as 75, see the fruit tray page. Ditto veggies ofn the veggie tray page., desserts on the dessert planning page. Post an estimate and I will review it for you.
