Number of people being fed: 250-300 Context: One week multi-church camp. ALL ages (newborn to very aged), Probably 150 teens. Meal: Supper (5pm) I plan to serve a taco bar. In the past I have served a taco salad (same ingredients except using chips instead of tortillas & taco shells, and more salad mix). My question is, is it enough to serve tacos, dessert, drinks? Do I need to add a side dish such as rice or beans? I've been doing this almost 8 years, but I'm just a little concerned about getting everyone well-fed. Thanks in advance for any help! |

You absolutely want to add rice and beans, or you will need almost double the meat and fixings. 8 pounds each dry per 100. |
