12/23/04 		Does flour go bad or mildew? My flour was stored in the basement and now it is clumped together. It is still safe to use? I know it is not the best, but is it safe medically to use in recipes?

12/23/04 		No. Flour supports the growth of molds due to the starch and some are toxic, Sorry
