06/15/10 		HI! I'm making a Ramon Noodle Coleslaw for my cousins wedding - she expects 160 guests, how much coleslaw mix should I buy?

06/15/10 		I don't care for this dish, so I don't make it. On line recipes use about 1 package of noodles and 2 pounds of slaw veggies for 10-12 people. You might check out my Asian noodle salad- I think it is MUCH tastier, and it can be made ahead:
