How to find a thread

I posted an entry a few weeks ago and you responded and I need to find those posting but I can't seem to locate them. Is there a way to do this?

06/17/10 		If you remember a phrase, go to advanced google search, put Helen in the top line and the phrase in the second line and ellenskitchen.com in the last one, that says "search only this domain. That is how even I find things that get lost on the website.

And next time, feel free to start a NEW thread- much easier to find.
