Appetizer Recepetion

06/25/10 		Hi Ellen, I love your website, it has been extremely helpful to me.
I am throwing an appetizer reception party for 60 people.

How many "types" of appetizers are classy enough?

I am making these:

Meatballs
Cocktail Wieners
Ham and vegetarian rollups
chicken salad with rolls and croissants
vegetable and fruit tray with dip
potato latkes
Golden punch
Iced tea

Would you reduce or add anything? I am on a very low budget but I don't want to look cheap either.

06/25/10 		This looks nice. I would add deviled eggs, popular, cheap and would go well with this menu Very nice, especially the latkes.
