Cooking for 50 people

06/28/10 		I would like to know how many pounds of beef flank ribs to buy to make a casserole dish mixed with peppers and a vegetable for 50 people.

06/29/10 		Because this is a very bony meat, I allow 2 pounds for every 3 people. 2 pounds for 4 would be about the very minimum.
