07/21/10 		my daughter is getting married, and I was wondering , if you could have different salads, like abblebees, cobb, grilled chicken salad, chinese chicken salad, a soup bar, and bread bar, would this be tacky? Also how would you do the different types of salads, would you set up a bar, or have them rsvp them?

07/22/10 		For a summer wedding, a salad buffet would be fine, especially afyer a morning wedding. As to set up, it fepends on the bugher and especially, how many people. About 160 would be the max I would try for Write back.
