07/21/10 		my daughter is getting married, and I was wondering , if you could have different salads, like abblebees, cobb, grilled chicken salad, chinese chicken salad, a soup bar, and bread bar, would this be tacky? Also how would you do the different types of salads, would you set up a bar, or have them rsvp them?

11/04/10 		Sorry I missed this. A salad bar like this is fine for an informal wedding. You set up a bar, I can help you with amounts when you settle on a menu.
