07/22/10 		I need to know in pounds or how much chicken (boneless skinless breasts) to purchase to make 600 mini croissants to be stuffed with chicken salad.

07/23/10 		Boneless skinless chicken makes 2 cups of meat per pound. So figure the amount of cups you need for your recipe, and convert to pounds
