July 26/10 Help!!! We are hosting a supper for 75. Later in the evening (approx 10:30) we want to prepare a light lunch. How much garlic sausage, cheese, bread, and pickles do I need for 75? Out functions is next week. Please respond ASAP. |

Is the sausage the only meat? Then you need about 1 pound for each 3 people If there are other choices, 1 pound for 4 or even 5 is OK. 2-3 ounces of cheese per person. 1 gallon of pickle slices is what I usually get for 100; if you are serving whole pickles or several kinds, you would get the gallon for 75. |

Thank you. I better check & make sure I'm okay with food for supper. I have 650 meatballs, 2 boneless hamms (4 lbs each) and 120 lg boneless chicken fingers (about 4" long and 2" wide). Also serving potatoe salad, colelsaw, & ceasar salad, buns and fresh veggies. I will have a chocolate fountain for supper dessert, and a lg slab cake for the evening. My main concern is the meat. Do I have enough with all the side dishes? |
