Hi,I am having a family gathering and I have a guest list of 150. I have priced a 10lb bag of the wing sections but not quite sure on how many to buy. Can you help me out? |

It depends on the use (appetizer? main course? one of several meats?) and the size of the wing pieces. Three whole wings (6 pieces) is the minimum per person for appies; twice that for entrees. |
