Looking for a good salsa recipe to can

08/13/10 		Hi, I am looking for a delicious recipe for salsa. I would like to can some. I found a couple in the Ball book but looking for one that someone especially loves.

08/14/10 		Canning salsa can be a little tricky. You need to get the acid just right. However I wold suggest that you try one of the recipes in the Ball Blue Book. I have tried a few over the years with great success. The peppers can be chosen for your particular heat palette. HTH
