brisket chicken and pork shoulders for 150

08/24/10 		i am having a wedding reception this saturday and i dont know if i have enough meat or not. I have 5 10-12 lb pork shoulders I have 3 14-17 lb briskets and 40 lbs of chicken do you think this is enough?

08/25/10 		If this is all boneless, it is plenty. If it is bone in and raw weights, you have about 40 people's worth of briskets and chicken (each) and 60 worth of pork, I would definitely add 1 more brisket, and consider having someone serve the first round of meats- this makes sure everyone gets some- then you can leave as self serve for seconds
