Church Dinner

08/27/10 		We are planning a church dinner for around 300 people. My husband is doing brisket and sausage. He has done this several times and is a pro. However, myself and some other ladies are to prepare the potato salad, beans and coleslaw. How much of each do we need to prepare for 300?

08/27/10 		Check the BBQ side dishes section of the plan for 100 tables, make 3 times the amount for 100 of each dish, Have fun. There are good recipes for 100 for each of these on site.
