Breakfast for 200 gone camping

Awesome site! I looked at the Breakfast for 100 for ideas. Families from church are going camping and we need to provide breakfast for 200 of us. Thought of breakfast burritos, but that was when we figured only 100 people would be there. Any ideas on what would be best/easy and not too costly. Breakfast casserole of some sort?? Will have dutch ovens and can round up some griddles if need to. Thanks!

We are tent camping. We will be cooking with the dutch ovens and will really have nothing to keep food warm. There will be fire pits, and if we need to get some stoves, if that would help, we could check into that. We are planning to bring fruit already prepared, and possibly muffins already done to go along with whatever maindish we decide on. Thanks.

Unless you have refrigeration, bring only whole, unpeeled, washed fruits. Room temperature and cut fruit equals VERY happy bacteria!

If this is just one breakfast, not in the dead of winter, you should consider a not-cooked breakfast; it will be tough enough just getting the coffee water hot. Muffins, fruit, string cheese and previously cooked hard-boiled eggs; maybe granola?

If you want something hot, take a look at the hay box or fireless cook stove. It is the original "slow cooker". You would put the stuff in the night before.

Here are some sites:
