Pot roast for 80

09/02/10 		I plan on feeding a high school football team beef chuck roast cooked in crock pots. How many pounds of chuck do I need for 80 people? Or how many 3 or 4 lb. roasts?

09/03/10 		You will want to have heavy sides to fill up all those hollow legs. I normally allow 40 pounds raw boneless for 100, but in this case I would allow 45-50 pounds.
