02/01/05 		I have a great recipe for home canned gluten steaks, but I don't know for how long to process them or at what pounds pressure? Can anyone help?

02/05/05 		This is a toughy. Because it has no acid, you should start with the instructions for homecanning meat. Let us know your results.
