HI! I am coordinating a charity breakfast for a yourng mother of three with stage 4 cancer for this Saturday. I am estimating on 400 attending. It is a buffet. The menu is pancakes, bacon, sausage, Oj, syrup, butter and coffee/tea. I am at a loss as to how much food to purchase this week. Can anybody help me? Thanks you |

Go to the breakfast planning page and do 4 times the amounts, go to the beverage planning page and do 4 times the amounts for breakfast coffee (which also explains tea). You will have less trouble with the sausage and bacon if you have some people serve them; people can be greedy about these. Good luck! |

Thank you Ellen, I get what you say about serving meat. I don't know how that might work but if we went with it on the buffet because it is two meats would you serve 2-3 per piece for both meats per person? Thanks so much!! |

2 sausages and 2 pieces of bacon is the usual for this situation- |
