help me tofu is so hard

09/14/10 		hi im a fist time cook and i was just wondering does any one knows any good ways to use fried tofu,cook, or just some good ways to eat it like with soups , or crap meat

09/14/10 		How about tofu cheesecake, impossible tofu pie, tofu "crab cakes", etc? These are all in the clear light section.
