Hi Ellen,
Preparing food for 200. Are my amounts correct?
Roast Beef-Top of the Round) 63lbs
Turkeys-3-14lbers
mashed potatoes-75lbs
carrots-50lbs
broccoli/cauliflower-50lbs
creamy slaw-3 gallon
filling-not sure
gravy-not sure
cakes (13x9 pan) 13
I need help on the filling and gravy.
Please let me know if my other amounts are okay.

Most of the estimates are very good.

If you have someone slice and serve the beef, OK, but if it is self serve, go to at least 70 pounds. Turkey will make only about 22 pounds- I would add at least 1 more.

Slaw is a little light since there are no other salads, I would do 5-6 gallons.

Stuffing, 1/2 cup per person. Gravy, 1/4 cup each beef and turkey per person.
