There are so many different preferences for baked ziti that I do not post a recipe. For quantity guidance, see the baked sausage and mozzarella bake for 120 on the spaghetti page; the amounts of meat, cheese, sauce and pasta are about right for any of the baked pasta dishes, if you like heavy cheese. |

I am planning a graduation party for 100. I am cooking Italian and plan to make your recipe for lasagne in a roaster. I also plan to make a roaster full of baked ziti basing the quantity on a 1/2 recipe of your sausage/mozz bake. I am ordering 200 breadsticks. My question is, if I want to add chicken alfredo or pasta primavera to the menu as well, how much will I need? |

That is an awful lot of pasta. Consider doing a straight veggie dish instead, especially if both the pastas have meat, so the non-meat eaters will have a good choice. |
