planning a party for 30 people...would like to make 40 beef and 40 chicken skewers ( small pieces of meat as these are appetizers).. what is the quantity of chicken breast and beef i would need? thank you |

One pound lean boneless of either would make 6 to 8 appetizer skewers. |
