Hi Ellen, I'm making beef, chicken and grilled veggie fajitas for 80 this weekend. How far ahead of time can I safely grill them that day? I have 2 ovens and a warming drawer (never used it-yikes) for holding them. Don't want to poison anyone but don't want to be grilling too close to their arrival. Love your site!! Thanks |

The thing is, fajitas really are better freshly grilled and do not hold well.Can you get some help? |
