I'm wondering if my amounts are correct?? Roasted Chicken-30lbs Baked Ham-40lbs Baked potato-1 med. size for each person? baked beans-8gal. baked corn- 6 13X9 pans rolls- 10doz. salad-I need to look at your site for this Dressing? Thank you for your help |

If it is self serve, I would make a few adjustments: Chicken; make sure you have 1 piece per person, serve in pieces; 1 chicken is 8 pieces Ham; OK, probably have some left. Consider a raisin or other fruit sauce, 2 tablespoons per person potatoes- OK, add a few extra for bad ones, or do 1bout 1/3 baked sweet potatoes for variety. 3-4 pounds butter, 3-4 quarts sour cream beans- way too much 4 gallons is plenty corn, need at least 8 pans, 9 would be better- all gone salad, use the plan for 100 list for desired type salad rools- OK 3-4 pounds butter |
