We are making Augratin potatoes for 150 people in a roaster, if they dry out can I use can milk or would cream soup be better so they wont curddle |

You will need 3 roasters to make this much potatoes without having too thick a layer- with dense foods, too thick a layer, the edges scorch before the middle is done. The soup, or canned milk, is creamier than regualre milk. |
