I'm cooking for 100 people and it will be self serve. Doing 2 meats: Ham-40lbs Roasted chicken-Oven stuffed roasters- how many would I need to get? Thanks for your help |

About 50 pounds whole chickens, cut into 8 pieces to serve (split breasts into 4 pieces instead of 2 if very large.) |
