I am preparing food for an open house (not sure how many will show) from 2-4pm on a Sunday. Plan to have vegetable trays and cheese dips with crackers etc. How much should I fix? Also, Cooking dinner for 85 people, pasta bar with 2 pasta's and sauces to include alfredo, marinara and a spicy sauce. I will have meatballs and chicken, garlic bread and salad. How much should I cook of each? |

You need at least 2 ounces reday to eat vegetable per person and 1 cup veggie dip for 4-5. 3 ounces cheese per person. 1-2 ounces crackers. Plus some other foods?
