Need help on figuring how much ham, salad- still deciding on what type, funeral potatoes and/or cutup red potatoes with seasoning I will need? Will also have rolls but that is an easy count.
Also how do I prepare the ham with a glaze?
How do I keep all of this warm?

You will need 4 times the amounts for 100 on the various planning pages, but that is the least of your worries. You also need at least 5 people in the kitchen, at least 25 helpers to set up, serve and clean up, and at least 8 serving lines to serve 400 people in a timely fashion.

With 400 people and a pork main dish, you also need to add 40 persons' worth of a vegetarian entree.

I DO NOT recommend that an inexperienced person take on more that a 60 person party. See my article on wedding dinners for discussion why.
