On your spanish rice recipe, can this be made a couple days ahead and how would you re-heat? |

The only rice I reheat is rice casseroles; steamed rice variations like Spanish rice can get sour or sticky/mushy if reheated. Brown rice reheats better tan white. Converted or Basmati better than other whites. |
