Homemade Chicken and Noodles

10/25/10 		I am needing to make home made chicken and noodles for my friends wedding. She is expecting 200 guest. She is also having beef bbq. Is there a receipe for making this much Chicken and noodles and will 1 roaster make it?

10/25/10 		No, one roaster will only serve about 50 people. You need at least 2, and three would probably be OK.
You need to make at least 125 servings- everyone will take some, even the people who also have beef.
