Rice pilaf for 130 people

10/28/10 		I have a large event coming up for 130 people. I have lots of experience with cooking but not sure how much rice i need to make for 130 people. i'm figuring about 1/2 cup cooked each but how much raw rice is that?

10/28/10 		I make 8 pounds raw per 100 as a basic side, up to 12 pounds per 100 if it is a main dish or feature.
