Cabbage Rolls and Perogis

11/07/10 		I am cooking 100 cabbage rolls and 200 perogis for a friend's event. I am at a loss on what to charge her, but the purpose is for me to make money. I was thinking about $5 per dozen on the perogis, but I have no clue about the cabbage rolls. Any suggestions on both?
