Turkey for 45

11/08/10 		I am making Thanksgiving dinner for 45 people. What is the right amount of turkey? 2-20 pound turkeys? 1 large turkey and a turkey breast? Help!!

11/08/10 		See the planning article in the holiday cooking section at the top of big pots. I would do 3 14-16 pounders for this group- the meat is better than the 20 pounders.
