substituting tofu for eggs

Someone said that you can substitute tofu for eggs in cakes and breads. I wonder if anyone can tell me what the replacement amounts would be?

You can get a lot of info on tofu substitutions at www.vegsource.com/talk/beginner/index.html.

About 1/3 cup of tofu is the substitution for 1 egg, it works for some recipes, but not all; you have to experiment.
