You look good for meat. Some of the other things I would do a little differently, especially since they are mostly men.

6 pounds of mashed potatoes- cutting it VERY close; I would do 7
4 pounds of green bean casserole- I would do 6
2 pounds of cornbread dressing- way short- you need 1/2 cup per person

Gravy- about 2 quarts

2 Jars Pickles
2 Cans Olives
2 Cans Cranberries- Get 4, 2 jelly, 2 whole berry
24 Rolls- get 30
Butter- 2 pounds

1 large pumpkin pie- I would do 2
Whip Cream
1 chocolate pie- I would do 2
The thing is, a lot of people will take some of both
cookies
Need coffee and iced tea unless everyone drinks sodas

Amounts for all these foods are in the planning article for large holiday meals at the top of Big Pots.

DEVIL EGGS- make 2 dozen eggs
POTATO SALAD- start with 7 pounds of potatoes

SWEET POTATO PIE-2
CARROT CAKE- 1 large
PEACH COBBLER-2 9x13

Tea- I would only do 1 gallon sweet, 1 gallon plain
Punch- 1-2 gallons
