Herbed Corn Bake

11/09/10 		I have to do Herbed Corn Bake for 50 to 60 people. the receiped is as follows. half cup butter, a cup cream cheese, softnd, one half teaspoon onion salt, 2 tablespoons of fresh chives, chopped,, 2-10oz. pkg. frozen super sweet corn, thawed. of course this will have to be times, 7 times, for 56 people. Well the question is , can this be baked in an electric roaster? and at what temp. if it can.

11/10/10 		See my corn side dishes for more help. Yes, it can be done in the cooking pan of the roaster, and you will need to drop the temp about 25-35 degrees lower than the regular oven and cook almost twice as long.
