03/04/05 		If it needs scouring or scrubbing, do this before re-seasoning, for example get any rust off. When it is nice and smooth, rub all over with shortening and cook overnight in a low (200) oven. Repeat 1-3 nights. You can get further help from any of the good Dutch oven sites.
