How can I keep food from sticking to my Visions sauce pans. I use them to cook pasta and potatoa quite a bit, but they both stick to the bottom and burn, I use electric to cook and use plenty of water, but they still stick.Frozen peas do well and beans. Is it only wehn I cook something starchy? |

Visions Cook wear has been the best cook wear I have ever used! I have been using it since 1987. I quite using any kind of metal cook wear. Glass is the healthiest to cook for people who suffer with Chemicel Sensitivity. Now I am looking in 'Thrift Stores' to find extra pieces since our Corning store, Wal Mart and every other store that used to carry them, now no longer carry them! My hope now is that they are designing a new design. As far as these exploding stories. In all the years I have had them I have never experienced that. I have cooked on both gas and electric. Like with anyother cook wear, you must monotor at all times! I also have other family and friends who also use them with no problems either. |

I'm upset as I was cooking pudding which is constantly stirred and using a plastic spatula scratched up the bottom of my Visions pot. I want to call Corning but can't find a phone number. Can someone help? Thanks. |

I just experienced the exploding Visions cookware phenom. I was boiling artichokes on a gas stove and it literally exploding into a zillion tiny shards. I'm still picking glass out of the carpet. |
