Shrinking Cakes

03/05/05 		All my tender cakes - chocolate & coffee cakes are shrinking to 1/2 the baked size! I've checked all the usual - size of pans, expiration dates of ingredients etc. All pans well greased. Please help - you wouldn't want to eat one - they look flat! I'm now desperate.
