Hi Ellen:) I need your help to prepare tacos for approx. 200 people. I want soft tacos with shredded meat and chicken. What would be a good choice for soft meat to shred? and what part of the chicken is better? How many pounds of each should I get? Thanks for your help, Happy Thanksgiving:) |

About 3 ounces ready to eat of each meat if it is self serve. See the roast beef article and the turkey/chicken yield article for help on how much to cook. |
