Hi-What a great site! I have been asked to cater a baked potato bare for 40 people and was wondering how to charge; do you add up the ingredients and then add time? Not sure what to do, I am not a caterer but can cook. One of my friends has asked me to do this for her parents. Thank you |

Usual catering charge is 3 to 4 times the cost of food. Depends on how much set up, clean up and service you are going to do; if you are dropping off everything or actually serving, etc. |
