11/28/10 		I am planning on cooking chicken fajitias for 60 people. How many pounds of chicken breast do I need to buy?

11/29/10 		Depends in part on the sides, but assuming at least rice and beans, use the fajita section on the plan for 100 tables and do a scant 2/3 of the amount for 100.
