wedding for 200 people

12/12/10 		Hi I'm getting married in march and we will have around 200 people..Our menu is bbq pork and beef brisket with several sides and appitizers.. about how much meat should we make to feed everyone in lbs?

12/12/10 		I would allow 5 ounces ready to eat beef (1 pound for each 3 people) PLUS 1 pound pork for each 5.
