David, I am removing your last name because the internet is full of identity predators. The electric roaster is a great turkey cooker. This recipe does it as I do it: www.food.com/recipe/perfect-whole-turkey-in-an-electric-roaster-oven-339453 Just do be sure to preheat thoroughly (20 minutes or more), don't lift the lid, and check at the earliest indicated time- roasters often cook a little faster than regular ovens. |
